Flow Style Options
- OPEN FLOW - required for use with tire gauges and inflator tools. Open flow style air chucks allow air to flow freely through the chuck, even if not engaged with a tire valve stem. Open flow chucks do not have a check valve. Must use with a hand-operated tire inflation tool, gauge, or 12v inflator.
- CLOSED FLOW - for direct connection to air compressor line - NOT for use with hand-operated tire inflator tools or 12v inflators. Closed flow air chucks must be engaged with the tire valve stem for air to flow through (feature a check valve).
